Powershell script to add bulk users to ad group

I am tasked with a project to import AD user attributes from a WorkDay .CSV file into our current AD. They are not new user creations but additional/updated information for users. There are about 2500 employees that need some sort of attribute information updated or added in the AD account. I am looking for a software that can edit in bulk. We have an old version of DoveStone but if there is a better tool out there I would like to know or we could purchase the latest version of DoveStone.
