Dominic Hawkes, a Chef Instructor and Certified ServSafe Instructor and Proctor, will also join the group to provide ServSafe courses for clients. The company will also partner with Fairfax Intel, an analytics service provider.

With over 100 years of club management experience, the principals of the new company have managed country, city, yacht, and athletic clubs, including Platinum Club of America and Platinum Club of the World designated clubs. They have been involved with member-owne Charlotte city club parking!
