Meet Mica Argañaraz: this year's cool-girl model
With every passing year there is a model who everyone wants to be, who typifies what it means to be cool at any given moment. Think Kate Moss, Freja Beha Erichsen, Daria Werbowy and other uncompromising women who maintain their elusiveness.
The latest addition to this brand of model is the Argentinian Mica Argañaraz who –with her shaggy fringe and strong jawline – just doesn't look like anyone else. She was scouted when she was 19 and shortly after made her modelling debut at Christopher Kane's spring/summer 2013 show. Then came the huge luxury campaigns: namely for Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent and Prada.
Her appeal is far-reaching and she has also been adopted as a high-street favourite, most recently fronting a campaign with Mango. We talked to the model about her journey so far.
